How fast do you respond?
We reply to new enquiries within 1 hour, and WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us. If you are travelling within the next 48 hours, call us on +27 71 261 6568 so we can jump in quickly. You can also email info@sagtrav.co.za if that suits you better.
Are you online-only, or can we meet?
We are an online-first travel agency, which means we can manage everything smoothly by WhatsApp, email or a quick call. If you are in Gauteng and prefer a face-to-face conversation, we can meet by appointment. Either way, you will have one clear point of contact from quote to booking.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Send your dates or flexibility, where you want to go, how many people are travelling, and your budget range. It also helps to tell us what matters most, whether that is the best price, shorter travel time, flexible changes, or specific airlines or hotels. For international travel, include passport nationality, and let us know if children are travelling so we can flag document checks early.
Why do prices change, and when do I pay?
Travel pricing can move quickly because fares, taxes and exchange rates may change until payment is made and the booking is confirmed. Before you pay, we will confirm the full cost and any deadline clearly. If anything changes between quote and payment, we will show you the difference upfront so there are no surprises.
Can I change or cancel after booking?
That depends on the airline, cruise line, hotel or supplier rules. Some bookings are flexible, while others are partly refundable or non-refundable. We explain the change and cancellation conditions before you confirm, and if plans shift later, we handle the supplier process for you. We also recommend checking that all passenger names match passports exactly, as most airlines only allow minor corrections.
Will you help with visas and travel documents?
Yes. We guide you on what to check and help you plan around timelines, but entry rules always depend on your passport and destination. For international travel, it is best to check passport validity, blank pages and any visa or health requirements early. If a child is travelling with one parent, or without both parents, tell us upfront because additional consent documents may be required.
